Why i'm doing this

It's time the government gave back to the community.

After a federal election, candidates who get at least 4% of the vote are provided funding back from the Australian government. Most people probably wouldn’t have heard of this because the major political parties and candidates keep it for themselves.

Matthew wants to ensure that the taxpayer money he was given by the government is handed back to the community. That’s why he has opened applications for a $32,000 community grants program.

What's on offer

There are two types of grants.

2 ×$5,000

For larger community projects
Two major grants of $5,000 each, designed for organisations or initiatives delivering significant impact across the McMahon community.
major grant

12 ×$1,000
